چکیده
Amaç: Örgütsel çatışma, örgütsel stres, iş tatmini ve yaşam kalitesi sağlık çalışanlarının verimliliğini etkileyen önemli faktörler arasındadır çalışanlarda işten ayrılma niyeti üzerinde etkilidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, yaşadığı kalitesi, arasındaki ilişkiyi tespit etmektir. Yöntem: Çalışma, bir kamu hastanesi olan Gülhane Eğitim Araştırma Hastanesi çalışanlarından kota örneklem metodu ile belirlenmiş 325 çalışanına uygulanmıştır. Bulgular: İş tatmini, çatışma stres; niyeti, stres arasında pozitif yönlü ilişki edilmiştir. çatışma; kalitesi; niyeti; negatif Özgünlük: Literatürde, boyutları ilişkiler özelinde inceleyen çalışmaya rastlanılmamıştır.
